An character may additionally gain a celebrity repute from having exquisite wealth, their participation in sports activities or the leisure industry, their function as a political figure, or even from their connection to any other celebrity. 'Celebrity' generally implies a favorable public image, as antagonistic to the neutrals 'famous' or 'notable', or the negatives 'infamous' and 'notorious'.[1][2]
