Blac Chyna’s civil case against Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner is well underway in court. Thursday marked the second day of testimony from the influencer and model. While on the witness stand in today’s proceedings, Chyna reportedly burst into tears as she recalled an incident of revenge pornography executed by ex-fiancé Robert Kardashian.
According to TMZ, Kardashian attorney Michael Rhodes presented the incident in court on Thursday by introducing Chyna’s previously filed restraining order against Rob. The order was her response to the leaked sexually explicit content. Kardashian-Jenner’s attorney asked Chyna if the order was a publicity stunt on her behalf. As she replied to the question, the model started to cry.
“It was the only way I could stop him from posting pictures of me on the internet,” Chyna said.
Blac Chyna Files Restraining Order Against Rob Kardashian
Back in 2017, Robert took to social media to blast Chyna for allegedly cheating on him with multiple men. He accused Chyna of doing drugs and drinking, as he spent over $1 million supporting her over a period of two months. In one post, he wrote “I never been so disrespected in my life. I just bought her 250K of jewelry yesterday.” He continued, “This woman is so disrespectful and I don’t care.”
And care he did not. Robert posted multiple photos and videos of the mother of his daugher Dream to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. One post featured a text thread between the former couple that included a photo of her exposed genital area.
On Thursday, she testified that her intention wasn’t to secure media headlines after appearing on Good Morning America just one day after filing the lawsuit.
“I was already public. I’m supposed to just not say anything and take it? I wanted everyone to hear my side of the story. He posted nudes of my entire body.”
Later in her testimony, Chyna looked at the content Rob posted in a binder in front of her. The images seemingly made her upset, which prompted her to ask the court for a break.
Blac Chyna Pursues Lawsuit Against Kardashian-Jenner Women
In early April, Chyna revealed she was pursuing a lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenner ladies for a second time. In 2018, a judge dismissed Chyna’s suit against Kim and Kris for interfering with her E! contract for her reality show Rob & Chyna. However, the judge gave her an opportunity to return to the drawing board and she did.
Days ahead of The Kardashians’ Hulu premiere, Chyna dropped the trial bomb. In a lengthy statement, she said she’s taking the family members to court to show her children King and Dream (the only Kardashian-named grandchild) the difference between right and wrong.
“At the end of the trial, I’m going to be able to proudly tell King and Dream that I did everything I could to right the wrong that was done to me. And that, in life, it is my hope that they will be able to stand up for themselves when it matters too,” Blac Chyna wrote.

So far, the trial has touched on a few themes such as abuse allegations, including when Chyna pointed an unloaded gun at Rob’s head and allegedly put a phone cord around his neck.
A TMZ video captured Chyna leaving the courthouse on Thursday. As she walked straight to a waiting car, paparazzi swarmed her with related questions. But Chyna remained hush, except for a “thank you” in response to a compliment.
