Earnest Lacour of Oklahoma City now faces seven counts of knowingly spreading HIV to multiple people after being arrested in October, according to court documents exclusively obtained by The Shade Room.

Lacour, 30, was charged with three felony counts of spreading the infectious disease in October 2022. He now faces four additional felony counts totaling seven.

Court documents also accuse Lacour of spreading HIV over three years, from September 1, 2019 – October 25, 2022. Each count is for each day he is accused of “ENGAGING IN CONDUCT REASONABLY LIKELY TO TRANSFER THE HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS(HIV).”

Woman Accuses Lacour Of Infecting Her With HIV

The woman who went to authorities after discovering she was HIV positive accuses Lacour of infecting her with the disease and exclusively told The Shade Room she thought she was sick because of a “stomach ulcer.” The mother also stated she was ill “for about two years” before her diagnosis in March 2022. She “lost so much weight” and “was throwing up for days at a time.”
Upon hearing the news, she FaceTimed Lacour, crying about her diagnosis, and he told her that “it’s OK” and “it’s not a big deal.”

Finding Out His HIV Status
It wasn’t until the anonymous woman and Lacour went to the doctor together that she discovered he was HIV positive.
I convinced him to come to the doctor with me. He was supposed to get his blood drawn at the doctor’s office, but he started treatment the same day I started treatment.
Lacour’s attorney, Joel Porter, filed a motion for bond in March, but a judge denied it.The 30-year-old’s preliminary hearing is expected to occur later this month (April 21).
