More Details Regarding Tia Mowry & Cory Hardrict’s 6-Month Dating Guidelines

According to court documents reportedly obtained by PEOPLE, the former couple has come to an “agreement” regarding introducing their children to “new romantic” partners.

The agreement reportedly binds both Mowry and Hardrict to refrain from introducing their children to their new love interest until they’ve been in an “exclusive relationship” with the partner for “at least six months.”

“Absent agreement to the contrary, each party is restrained from introducing the minor children to a new romantic partner until that party has been in an exclusive relationship with the romantic partner for at least six months…”

However, the agreement does not end there.

Additionally, Mowry and Hardrict must refrain “from permitting” their new love interest to spend overnights with them when their children are present.

“Each party is further restrained from permitting his or her new romantic partner from spending overnights when the minor children are with that custodial parent during the first six months of the exclusive relationship…”

Furthermore, the document reportedly further explains that the “restraints” set “are in the best interest of the children.”

“The parties agree that the restraints set forth in this paragraph are in the best interest of the children.”

More Details Regarding The Former Couple’s Divorce

As The Shade Room previously reported, Mowry and Hardrict’s marriage was reportedly dissolved on Monday, April 24.

At the time, the ex-couple reportedly “entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support.”

In the agreement, Mowry and Hardict reportedly decided to retain their children’s joint legal and physical custody. According to The Blast, they will split the cost of private school tuition and extracurricular activity fees for their son and daughter.

Furthermore, Mowry will also receive “full ownership” of the former couple’s Studio City, California home, reportedly worth $4.3 million.

The former couple will also not exchange child support or spousal support.

As The Shade Room previously reported, Mowry and Hardrict wed in 2008 and filed for divorce last October. The ex-couple finalized their divorce amid their 15th wedding anniversary, citing “irreconcilable differences” for their union’s end.
