Diddy has taken to social media to react to the latest lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault.
On Wednesday (Dec. 6), the hip-hop mogul shared a written statement on Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) on the topic.
“Enough is enough. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched as people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday,” the statement read.
Diddy’s statement comes after Rolling Stone published an article on Dec. 6 detailing the sexual assault of a minor in 2003. Diddy, real name Sean Combs, is accused of participating in the gang rape of a 17-year-old alongside two other adult men. One man remains unidentified, but the other is reportedly Harve Pierre — described as Diddy’s “longtime lieutenant” by Rolling Stone.
The plaintiff filed the lawsuit under the name Jane Doe. She alleged the assault occurred inside of Diddy’s recording studio in Manhattan. After the assault, the then-high school student alleges she was tricked across state lines and given “copious amounts of drugs and alcohol.”
She is now the fourth woman who has accused Sean Combs of sexual assault in the last three weeks. However, in today’s statement, the producer was adamant that none of the accusations were true.
“Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth,” Diddy wrote in closing.

More Details On The Allegations Against Diddy
As mentioned, Jane Doe is the fourth to publicly accuse Diddy of sexual assault, including rape.
In her lawsuit, Doe claims she met Pierre at a Detroit lounge. That same night, he allegedly forced her to perform oral sex on him in a bathroom after he had consumed crack cocaine. Before that, she had agreed to an impromptu trip to meet Pierre’s “best friend” Diddy in New York.
Along with Pierre and a third man, she traveled on a private jet allegedly sponsored by Diddy. They met at his studio, where she alleges all three men gave her drugs and alcohol, flirted with her, and groped her body. The filing includes multiple color photos of that evening, including one with Jane Doe sitting in Diddy’s lap.
See the photos below.
After the night started becoming a “blur” due to the drugs and alcohol, Jane Doe alleges Diddy led her to a bathroom and penetrated her from behind. At the time, he was 34 years old, and Doe was 17.
“Ms. Doe did not consent to having sex with Mr. Combs, but he continued thrusting. At some point, Mr. Combs turned Ms. Doe around to face him. He told her that he could not orgasm and asked her to squeeze his nipples as hard as she could to help him ‘get off.’ He then turned her back around and continued to rape her,” the lawsuit alleges.
Jane Doe says amid slipping in and out of consciousness, she realized that the third unidentified man had replaced Diddy. As he allegedly raped her, Diddy reportedly watched. Then, Pierre did the same — allegedly forcing Jane Doe to engage in nonconsensual sex. Following the rapes, Jane Doe was reportedly taken back to the airport and flown back to Michigan — a journey she had “very limited recollection” of.
Jane Doe is reportedly seeking “compensatory and punitive damages.”
Four Woman Have Now Accused Diddy Of Sexual Assault
This new lawsuit was filed under New York’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act. It is a measure that allows alleged victims to file civil claims against attackers who committed the violations within the city’s five boroughs. It is in place until March 2025.
Jane Doe’s lawsuit follows a similar lawsuit brought by Cassie a week before Thanksgiving. She and Combs settled for an undisclosed amount within one day of filing. Before the settlement, Diddy’s lawyer had accused Cassie of also wanting a payday.
Meanwhile, Diddy –like in today’s statement — clarified that settling the lawsuit wasn’t an admission of guilt to Cassie’s allegations of rape, beatings, abuse and sex trafficking.
Cassie and the second and third victims filed under New York’s now-expired Adult Survivors Act. Whether he plans to settle lawsuit numbers two, three, and now, four remains unclear.
Like Diddy, this is not the first lawsuit against Pierre. In a lawsuit filed under the expired act on Nov. 21, an executive assistant accused him of grooming, harassing, and sexually assaulting her multiple times between 2016 and 2017.
