Shannon Sharpe is sending a message to his haters while making it clear that his pockets are paid and full.

Here’s What Shannon Sharpe Said To The Haters

On Thursday, March 7, a new clip from Sharpe’s podcast, ‘Nightcap,’ with Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson was posted on YouTube. During the conversation, the pair shared a message for Sharpe’s critics.

“If they mad now, tell them to get a nice seat ’cause they ain’t seen nothing yet,” Johnson explained.

About four minutes into the clip, Sharpe seemingly addressed the criticism he received after a recent video of him went viral.

“And once somebody sees something that goes viral, then everybody else starts piggybacking off of that… I need somebody else to go in front of Total Wine and put on that green outfit because they just ordered 2,000 more cases,” Sharpe explained, referring to the store purchasing more cases of his Cognac brand, Le Portier. “So I appreciate that.”

The video that Sharpe is referring to surfaced earlier this week. The clip showed him arriving at a Total Wine location for a promo event. However, social media users weren’t very kind when speaking about his appearance.

“He walk like his name Shay Shay ,” Instagram user @curbservn_ wrote in The Shade Room’s comment section at the time.

However, the jokes didn’t stop there. Other content creators also decided to humorously recreate the clip.

The Podcaster Shared How Much He Earned From His Viral Katt Williams Interview

As the conversation continued, Sharpe continued to let it be known that his pockets weren’t suffering despite the social media criticism.

“Everybody was talking about, well, how much money I made with the Katt Williams interview,” Sharpe said. “I just got the check. So, whatever you think I made 3 X it. So if you think I made $500,000, 3 X it. If you think I made a million, 3 X it. If you think I made two million, 3 X it.”
