On Sunday, March 9, @scubaryan_, a user on X, formerly known as Twitter, shared a now-viral clip of a throwback conversation between the streamer and Blueface. In the clip, which has now garnered over 4.9 million views, DDG explained that he doesn’t “plan on having a baby moms.”
“Whoever I have a kid with, she with me for life,” DDG added.
In reaction, Blueface explained that having a “baby mom” isn’t something one plans for.
“It all starts like that [but] sometimes the kid breaks y’all up,” Blueface told the streamer. “The kid gon’ break y’all up ’cause her emotions gon’ get to rising [and] she gon’ feel like she got something to hold against you. So she gon’ be acting different. And that might cause you to be so stressed out…”
DDG Reacts To The Resurfaced Clip Of Blueface
According to Complex, during a recent livestream, the streamer reacted to Blueface seemingly predicting his future with Halle Bailey. Additionally, he explained that while he and Blueface lived different lives, they ended up sharing a similar experience with parenting.
“Blueface was able to tell my future in a way because even though I ain’t no damn Crip or Blood or no s**t, we both Black, we both grew up in struggling environments, we both experienced things, we both had kids — he had a kid before me so he was able to get me… I could’ve been married; I could’ve done everything the correct way. It’s unfortunate that didn’t happen, but it ended up being the same circumstances. It is like that, you know. Sometimes, we live the same lives in a way, so all that clip really made me understand is that we kind of go through the same thing, you know. And it’s just life, it can’t be too many variables,” he said.
More On His Co-Parenting Issues With Halle Bailey
As The Shade Room previously reported, the streamer accused Halle Bailey of preventing him from seeing his son earlier this month. At the time, he alleged that only when they are on “perfect terms ” is he free to have access to Halo.
Amid DDG’s viral allegation, footage surfaced of Halle Bailey explaining that she and Halo caught RSV, per The Shade Room. In the clip, she explained that she would be taking a social media break to care for herself and Halo.
Subsequently, DDG previewed a new song, titled ‘Don’t Take My Son.’ Most recently, DDG explained why he’d likely be skipping going to court in order to handle this apparent issue with Bailey.
