The autopsy for Gypsy Rose Blanchard‘s partner, Ken Urker, has reportedly been completed, as more details are being shared about how he was allegedly found.

Autopsy For Gypsy Rose’s Partner, Ken Urker Reportedly, Completed
According to Page Six, an autopsy for Ken Urker was completed on Friday, October 2, after he was discovered deceased in his home on Thursday, October 1. To note, the date reportedly marked his 34th birthday.
“As you all know, an autopsy was conducted this morning on Mr. Urker. At this time, there is no definitive cause of death. The case remains pending completion of toxicology testing,” the Lafourche Parish Coroner’s Office reportedly confirmed to the outlet.
Per the outlet, the office asserted that no further updates will be publicly shared. This, until the toxicology results are received and the investigation into Urker’s death is completed.

In addition, Page Six published an exclusive report, asserting that it obtained an incident report. This, from when Urker’s body was found.

“Deputies entered the residence through the front door and was able to see Mr. Urker from the living room area lying on his back in the bed. Deputies walked in the direction of the room and located paraphernalia (syringes and spoon) in the bathroom next to a brown powdery substance,” the report reads, per the outlet. “Deputies located a syringe and a handgun on the nightstand next to the bed. Mr. Urker was found lying on the bed on his back, cold to the touch, and appeared to have been there for an extended period of time. His face and his arms were blue. He had a paper towel placed on his left arm with what appeared to be blotches of blood on the paper towel. The handgun on the night stand was holstered laying next to two shot glasses and a syringe.”
According to the report, Ken Urker’s sister, Anita Blanchard, told authorities that she and other family members had attended church with Ken Urker on Wednesday, October 30. Per the report, Urker had “made comments of being depressed and upset.” Additionally, he took to TikTok Live that evening but did not say anything to the audience. To note, Page Six also reports that authorities even received a call from a female alleging Urker was “in a dark place,” made suicide threats, and owned a gun.
More On The Death of Gypsy Rose’s Partner Ken Urker
As The Shade Room previously reported, Gypsy Rose Blanchard reportedly texted Ken Urker on Thursday, wishing him a happy birthday. However, after she received no response, his brother, Dylan, allegedly found him unresponsive in his home.
After the reports of his death spread, another sister of Ken Urker’s, Autumn, reportedly took to TikTok live. She shared that in their last conversation, he had told her he loved her, per The Shade Room. Additionally, she also blasted Blanchard, accusing her of lying about being engaged to Urker. Furthermore, even stated that Blanchard did not receive a response from Urker because they were not on good terms. Autumn also said Blanchard has gotten what she “wanted” and now has her and Urker’s daughter, Aurora, to herself, per The Shade Room.
Then, on Friday, Blanchard spoke with PEOPLE, asserting that she believed Urker intentionally, or unintentionally, overdosed. Furthermore, she alleged that he was not in a “good state of mind lately,” and was dealing with severe cyber-harassment due to their relationship.
Furthermore, Blanchard took to Instagram to share a post paying tribute to Urker, calling him her “greatest love story.”
